    Over a period of 18 months, participants will undergo an accelerated induction experience to fast-track their career in the banking industry. This is where participants will learn and appreciate different aspects of the business, within one of our business segments or corporate functions of their choice.

    What we look for :

    • A bachelor's or master's degree from a recognised university with minimun GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00
    • Less than two years of work experience
    • An impressive track record in leadership
    • Fluency in English and preferably a second language

    1. Applicant can register only from http://www.e-recruitment.or.id/lppi-uob by following all the instructions.
    2. We suggest you to register using a PC or laptop.
    3. Make sure your e-mail address and phone number are correct and still active. All the changing request will not be accomodated.
    4. All the documents must be uploaded as one compiled PDF format, with maximum size of 2 Mb, in the following order :
      1. Colored Photo, size 3x4
      2. ID Card
      3. Graduation Certificate
      4. Academic Transcript
    5. How to register :
      1. Go to REGISTRATION menu
      2. Click “Click Here To Apply”, then fill out all the information needed. Make sure all your information is valid, and can be proven by a document.
      3. Upload all the required documents (as per point 4) in PDF format with maximum size of 2 Mb.
      4. Mark the statement of truth field
      5. Make sure all the information is complete and correct
      6. Click "SEND" button
      7. Wait until notification "uploading process completed" appear
      8. Applicant will receive registration number by email that will be used for the whole selection process. If you do not receive any email confirmation please check your spam or junk folder.
