RM FUNDING

Job Purpose :

Manage and maintain the portfolio of funding banking customers by extending professional and customized financial and banking services while retaining quality business relationships and to achieve target revenue

Job Description:

  • Acquire new funding accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage and maintain the portfolio of funding banking customers by extending professional and customized financial and banking services while retaining quality business relationships.
  • Cross-sell liabilities products in order to increase the number of funding revenue of banking customers.
  • Achieve revenue target 

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Others or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Funding and wealth product knowledge, Presentation skill

 

RM LENDING

Job Purpose :

Manage and maintain the portfolio of SME banking customers by extending professional and customized financial and banking services while retaining quality business relationships and Achieve revenue target and loan volume. 

Job Description:

  • Acquire new SME accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage and maintain the portfolio of SME banking customers by extending professional and customized financial and banking services while retaining quality business relationships.
  • Cross-sell liabilities products in order to increase the number of debtors and lending volume of SME banking customers.
  • Identify and minimize credit risk, prepare thorough financial analysis, credit proposals / regular credit reviews in accordance to Bank’s guidelines and policies.
  • Achieve revenue target and loan volume 

General Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Others or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s):

  • Preferably Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Credit Structuring, Loan Proposal, Presentation

Job Description:

  • Responsible to meet/exceed the sales target set for Deposit, Savings, Insurance, Investment
  • Responsible to acquire the sales target set for new customers (New To Bank)
  • Ensure all sales process in accordance with Bank policies and procedures

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75/4.00
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Personal Banker or in banking sales funding product
  • WAPERD certification 
  • Attractive & well groomed
  • Placement: Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya

 

MORTGAGE SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • Responsible for sales activities under Mortgage & Secured Loan
  • Expected to meet/exceed the individual annual target set by UOB Indonesia Mortgage and Secured Loan sales
  • Ensure Customer Relationship Management service is done well
  • Conduct cross sell program to all customer portfolio
  • Ensure all sales process is run in accordance with Bank policies and procedures
  • Ensure the fulfillment and accuracy of client application data is in accordance with the applied KYC principles

  • Bachelor degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75/4.00
  • Minimum 27 years to maximum 40 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience from the same field

CLIENT ADVISOR

Job description:      

  • Responsible for proactively maintaining and managing customer relationships under Privilege Banking segment
  • Responsible to meet the monthly KPI, which include: AUM growth, CASA, New Customers, Product Penetration X-Sell, such as Bancassurance
  • Expected to meet/exceed UOB Indonesia revenue target set
  • Ensure all sales process in accordance with Bank policies and procedures

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75/4.00
  • Minimum 27 years to maximum 40 years of age
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience from the same field
  • WAPERD certification
