Lost card
I lost my card. How do I block it and get a replacement?
For security reasons, we advise you to temporarily block your card following the steps below first:
Log in to UOB TMRW and navigate to your respective card. Thereafter, tap "Services" and "Temporarily freeze card use" under "Card Security" and tap "OK".
Thereafter, you can ask to permanently block your card and ask for card replacement, tap "Report lost or stolen card" under "Card Security".
Transaction dispute
What should I do if I have a transaction that I do not recognise?
You can report any transaction dispute through UOB TMRW App. Log in to UOB TMRW and navigate to your respective account/ card. Thereafter, tap "Services" and "Dispute transaction" under "Others" and choose the transaction you want to report and submit.
You will be notified via SMS to confirm that your report is received and will be processed. When the process is done, you will receive a notification from UOB TMRW app.
