1. Illustration 1 - If the maximum value of Value Reward does not exceed 80% of the transaction value.
   Balance of Points: 150,000 Points.
   Transactions at Store A that have not been posted on the billing statement are IDR 1 million.
   calculation of Value Rewards that can be exchanged is as follows:
   • Maximum transaction value that can be deducted by Value Rewards:
     80% of the transaction value at store A == 80% x IDR 1 million = IDR 800 thousand
   • The maximum cashback that can be exchanged by the Cardholder is the following:
     150,000 Points x IDR 2,- = IDR 300 thousand (less than 80% of the transaction value at store A)
   • Then the purchase value after deducting the Value Reward is:
     IDR 1 million - IDR 300 thousand = IDR 700 thousand (all points deducted)
   • Remaining UOB Reward Points owned by the Cardholder:
     150,000 - 150,000 = 0 Points

2. Illustration 2 - If the maximum value of Value Reward reaches more than 80% of the transaction value.
   Balance of Points: 150,000 Points.
   Transactions at Shop B that have not been posted on the billing statement are IDR 300 thousand. The calculation of Value Rewards that can be exchanged is as follows:
   • Maximum transaction value that can be deducted by Value Rewards:
     80% of the transaction value at store A == 80% x IDR 300 thousand = IDR 240 thousand
   • The maximum cashback that a Cardholder can exchange is the following:
     150,000 Points x IDR 2, - = IDR 300 thousand (greater than 80% of transaction value at store A)
   • - Then the maximum value of Value Rewards that can be exchanged is:
     IDR 240 thousand, which is as much as = IDR 240 thousand / IDR 2 = 120,000 Points
   • Remaining UOB Reward Points owned by the Cardholder:
     150,000 - 120,000 = 30,000 Points

Program Terms & Conditions

1. The voucher code will be sent to the Customer's email address registered in the UOB system, no later than 5 working days after the point redemption is successful.
2. If the Customer has not registered their email, or the registered email is no longer valid, the Customer is required to make changes to the data first by following the data updating process applicable to UOB.
3. Customers must confirm their booking by contacting Panorama JTB Tours at 021-29200388 to use the voucher.
4. The booking confirmation period is 3 months from the date the email containing the voucher code was first sent. This period is also stated in the same email containing the voucher code sent to the customer's email address.
5. The voucher is valid every day of the year, depending on the availability of hotel rooms on the date selected by the customer.
6. If the customer has not received an email containing the hotel voucher code within 5 working days, the customer can contact UOB Call Center to request a resend of the email.
7. Resend email containing the voucher code will be made to the same email address as the email registered in the UOB system.
8. If the customer wants the voucher code to be sent to a different email address for any reason, the customer is then required to make changes to their data first.

1. UOB Credit Card must be with active card status, no block, have no outstanding payments and have not exceeded limit when requesting to redeem points.
2. If cardholder closed their UOB Credit Card before a successful redemption has been processed, their redemption request will then not be processed further and the cardholder's points will be nullified.
3. Point redemption can only be requested by main credit card cardholder. Supplement credit card cardholder can not request to redeem points.

5. Other requirements for each UOB Reward Program:
   • Airline Miles
     • Registered name in the Frequent Flyers partners (KrisFlyer/Asia Miles/ Garuda Miles / Air Asia BIG Points) must be the same as the cardholder who redeemed the rewards points.
     • Should the registered name does not match, Airline Miles transfer process will fail automatically.
   • Annual Fee Discount Program
     • For annual fee discount, 1 UOB Reward Point is valued at Rp.25.-
   • UOB Value Reward
     • Could be used to deduct the value of 1 transaction, up to a maximum of 80% of the value of transaction.
     • UOB Value Reward applies to more than one transaction.
     • Transactions that could be deducted with Value Reward only applies to transactions, which has not been posted in the billing statement and can not be installment transactions.
   • E-Voucher
     • Ensure the phone number registered in UOB's system is the same as the one currently being used as this number will be used for the purpose of sending the e-voucher.
   • Hotel Voucher
     • Ensure the email address registered in UOB's system is the same as the one currently being used as this email address will be used for the purpose of sending the voucher.
     • Redemption of hotel vouchers must be requested 5 working days prior to the period of stay / check-in date
     • Requests for point redemption 5 working days prior to the period of stay cannot be processed.
6. Point redemption can be requested directly by contacting UOB Call Centre at 14008 or (021) 2355 9000.
7. UOB Point Rewards are valid for 2 years from when the points were recorded in our system. Reward points that have expired cannot be reclaimed for any reason, and cannot be exchanged for any other rewards product without exception.
8. Each PLN bill payment transaction of Rp. 1,000.- will get 1 Reward Point in which multiples also apply.
9. The maximum number of UOB Reward Points that a UOB cardholder can earn from PLN bill payment transaction is 30,000 (thirty thousand) Point Reward or the equivalent of Rp. 30,000,000.- within 1 (one) period of billing statement.
10. The UOB Reward Points deduction will be shown on the current month's customer billing statement.
    The amount of point deducted is the amount of points earned from the current month's PLN transaction minus the maximum points that can be earned from PLN transactions in the same month.
    As an example:
    The PLN transactions posted on the November 2020 billing statement is
    IDR 1,000,000,000,- (one billion rupiah)
    The points generated from the PLN transaction is:
    1,000,000 points (one million points).
    The maximum points from the current month's PLN transaction is:
    30,000 points (thirty thousand points)
    The points that will be deducted in the current month is:
    1,000,000 - 30,000 = 970,000 points (nine hundred and seventy thousand points)
    which will appear on the November 2020 billing statement.
11. If there is a condition where the Reward Points that have been earned have been redeemed / redeemed by the customer before the Reward Points deduction is carried out, the customer will have Outstanding Minus Points (-) and will deduct Reward Points earned from the next transaction.
12. UOB Reward Points are a form of Bank appreciation towards the customers and are not monetary value that can be cashed.
13. UOB Reward Points can not be transferred, non-transferable to other Cardholders, and / or inherited to anyone without exception.
