I forgot my password
Here is how you can reset your password:
Do you remember your Secure PIN? If yes, follow these steps:
- Open your TMRW App and tap on "Forgot Username/Password" on your Sign In screen.
- Enter the required details in the following screen.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
- Select the option to enter your Secure PIN.
- Enter your Secure PIN when prompted.
- In the next screen, your username will be displayed. Proceed to change your password in this screen.
- Set your new password and click "Next".
- You can now login with your new password.
If you do not remember your Secure PIN, then follow these steps:
Please note that you'll be prompted for your TMRW/UOB card number and ATM PIN.
- Open your TMRW App and tap on "Forgot Username/Password" on your Sign In screen.
- Enter the required details in the following screen.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
- Select the option to use your "TMRW Credit or Debit Card" or "UOB Credit or Debit Card".
- Enter the respective card and PIN number. If you forgot your Card PIN or misplaced your card, please tap on "Help" at the bottom of the screen and place a call to TMRW Agents.
- In the next screen, your username will be displayed. Proceed to change your password in this screen.
- Set your new password and click "Next".
- You can now login with your new password.

I want to change my username.
You cannot change your username once that's been set up. However, if you forgot your username, please follow these steps to recover it:

Secure Pin
I forgot my Secure PIN. How do I reset it?
I have an existing UOB card PIN. May I use it to set up my Secure PIN?
I have signed into the TMRW app for the first time and I am trying to set up my Secure PIN. However, I have not receive any SMS OTP despite trying a few times. Why is this so?
Make sure your device is connected to the provider network. If you still don't get OTP, there is a possibility that the SMS One-Time Password (OTP) may have been sent to any previous number already registered with UOB, prior to your UOB TMRW application. Call the TMRW Contact Center: 14008 for assistance.
USB Debugging
My smartphone shows that USB / Wireless Debugging feature has been deactivated in UOB TMRW.

Why does UOB not allow USB or Wireless Debugging?
Other banks digital app can do USB debugging, why does UOB different?
Having USB debugging feature being deactivated, can the Bank guarantee that my UOB TMRW account will not be impacted from external fraud?
USB debugging deactivation is part of Bank’s mitigation action to prevent customer from cybercrime, however it does not provide guarantee there will be not fraud attempt to your account. Customer still bear responsibilities to keep their data secure and should contact the Bank immediately should you find suspicious transaction(s) occurred in your account.
