Mr. Chin Voon Fat (Frederick Chin) is a Singapore citizen. He was appointed as Deputy President Commissioner at the AGM held on 29 April 2019 and became effective since 22 October 2019. Prior to this, he was appointed as Commissioner since 27 May 2019 and was lastly re-appointed at the AGM held on 29 April 2025. Mr. Frederick also served as Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
Mr. Frederick Chin joined UOB Singapore since 2013 and currently oversees the Group’s Wholesale Banking and Markets businesses in UOB Singapura comprising Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Structured Trade and Commodity Finance, Financial Institutions, Investment Banking, Treasury and Global Markets.
He began his career in Bank of America Merrill Lynch since 1984 to 2013. He was the Executive Asia Pacific Committee Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2010-2013. He was previously a Country Executive for Greater China, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Mr. Frederick Chin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Econometrics) from University of Melbourne, Australia.
Mrs Gevy Q Wulandari is an Indonesian citizen. She was appointed as a member of Remuneration and Nomination Committee based on the Board of Directors’ Decree No.25/SKDIR/0037 dated 29 April 2025 on the Appointment of Members of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
Mrs Gevy joined at UOB Indonesia as Head of Human Resources on 3 May 2023.
Prior joining UOB Indonesia, Mrs Gevy served as Director of AIG Insurance Indonesia and Head of Human Resouces, for VIP Cluster (Vietnam, Indonesia, Phillipines). She has also served in strategic positions as a leader of Human Resources in other companies, including Microsoft Indonesia, Citibank Indonesia, PT Bank Permata Tbk, and GE Capital Indonesia.
She pursued her study in the Faculty of Economic, Extension Program, Human Resources Management, University of Indonesia and has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
Mr Johanes Susilo is an Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Bank at the EGM on 26 October 2023 and effectively hold the position as Independent Commissioner of the Bank on 30 January 2024. He was re-appointed at the AGM on 29 April 2025. Mr Johanes also served as Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Bank.
He has more than 40 years of experience in various industries, including banking, financial services institutions, and other industries such as Chase Manhattan Bank Jakarta, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, PT Trias Sentosa Tbk, PT Colorpak Indonesia Tbk, PT Sucorinvest Asset Management, etc.
He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan, United States of America and Bachelor Degree from University of Advent Indonesia, Bandung.
