BOARD OF DIRECTORS UOB INDONESIA

Mr Hendra Gunawan, is an Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as President Director of UOB Indonesia pursuant to the Extraordinary of General Meeting of Shareholders dated 21 October 2020.

Mr Hendra has been with UOBI since 1 July 2019 as Deputy President Director. He has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial industry and has been with UOB since 2011. He served in UOB Singapore as Managing Director, Head of Centre of Excellence for Agri Business and Food & Beverage across corporate banking businesses outside of Singapore, from 2011 to 2017. He was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of UOB Malaysia in 2017 with the responsibility to manage the Wholesale Banking business, Retail Banking business, Islamic Banking business, Technology and Operations, Strategic Communications and Brand, Customer Advocacy and Service Quality, as well as driving UOB Malaysia’s strategic business initiatives.

Prior to joining UOB, Mr Hendra has worked in Deutsche Bank Global Corporate Finance, Singapore as Vice President from 2000 to 2002. He joined DBS Group in 2003 until 2011 and served his last position as President Director of PT Bank DBS Indonesia.

Mr Hendra received a Bachelor Degree in Finance from The Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Moore School of Electrical Engineering, at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA.

Ms. Teh Han Yi, is a Singapore citizen. She was appointed as Finance and Corporate Services Director pursuant to the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 21 June 2019 and became effective since 28 November 2019.

Ms. Han Yi has more than 25 years of work experience in banking industry and financial services sector, and and has been with UOB Group since 2012. She has served as Chief Financial Officer in UOB China until 2017 and served in Group Human Resources and Group Finance from 2017 to 2019.

Ms. Han Yi started her career as an Auditor at the Auditor-General's Office of Singapore, and subsequently joined Overseas Union Bank Limited in Finance and Corporate Finance area. She joined UOB Singapore on 1999 and her last position was Head of Group Financial Reporting. Subsequently, she joined IBM China as Financial Management Solution Leader before rejoining UOB Group in 2012

Ms. Teh Han Yi holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mr Paul Rafiuly, is an Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Director of UOB Indonesia at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 11 October 2018.

He began his career as a Treasury and Risk Management Application Project Leader at Oracle Corporation- Redwood Shores, United States. He also served as Product Manager at Dell Inc, Texas, United States and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Singapore. Afterwards,he joined OCBC Bank Singapore with his last position as the Head of (Enterprise) Technology Architecture, and then joined Trimegah Securities, Indonesia as the Chief Operating Officer.

He has several degrees namely Bachelor of Architecture and Diploma in Business Administration from University of Texas in Austin, United States, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and the Master of Science in Building Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, United States. He has few certifications comprising Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

Mr Harapman Kasan, is an Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Wholesale Banking Director of UOB Indonesia pursuant to the EGM of Shareholders dated 21 June 2019 and approved by regulator on 22 August 2019.

Mr Harapman has more than 29 years of experience in the banking industry and has been with UOB Indonesia since 2018 as Head of Wholesale Banking.

Prior to joining UOB Indonesia, Mr Harapman has worked in Citibank and served his last position as Managing Director, Head of Citi Commercial Bank. He has worked in Bank Danamon and served his last position as EVP Wholesale Business Head, and in PT Bank Niaga with his last position as Regional Marketing Head.

Mr Harapman accomplished his studies in Accounting from University of HKBP Nommensen, Medan and holds a Master Degree of Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University - Lembaga Manajemen Internasional Indonesia.

Mr. Sonny Samuel, is a Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Global Markets Director pursuant to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 April 2020 and became effective since 20 May 2020.

Mr. Sonny has more than 25 years of work experience in the banking industry especially in the treasury area, and has been with UOB Indonesia since September 2018.

Prior to joining UOB Indonesia, he served as Director, Head of Global Markets ANZ Indonesia. He started his career at Deutsche Bank AG as Treasury Dealer, and afterwards he continued to pursue his career in banking industry and served positions such as Head of Treasury Marketing at Bank of America Corporation, Associate Director at Barclays Bank, Head of Sales and Marketing at Standard Chartered Bank and Head of Global Marketing at CIMB Niaga Bank. He also served as Treasury Director at The Royal Bank of Scotland and Rabobank International Indonesia.

Mr. Sonny holds a Master of Strategic Management degree from BINUS Business School, Jakarta.

Mr. Ardhi Wibowo, is a Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Compliance Director pursuant to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 April 2020 and became effective since 20 May 2020.

Mr. Ardhi has more than 19 years of work experience in banking industry and financial services sector, and has been with UOB Indonesia since March 2020.

Prior to joining UOB Indonesia, he served as Compliance Director of Citibank Indonesia prior to joining UOB Indonesia.He began his career as Senior Team Leader Sales and Marketing Department for GE Capital Indonesia, and pursued his career as Associate Manager at Ernst & Young Indonesia, Audit Internal Manager at The Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays Indonesia, and Wholesale, Auto and Subsidiary Audit Head at Bank CIMB Niaga, and subsequently he joined Citibank Indonesia.

Mr. Ardhi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Birmingham, England and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.

Mr Choi Yau Chi (Henry Choi), is a Chinese citizen. He was appointed as Director of UOB Indonesia pursuant to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28 April 2021 and effectively held his position since 9 August 2021. As of November 2023, he holds the position as Strategic Business Development, Retail & Channels Transformation Director.

Mr. Choi Yau Chi has more than 20 years of working experience in the banking and finance industry, and has been with UOB Group since 2013. Prior to his assignment at UOB Indonesia, he served at UOB Thailand as Executive Director, Country Head of Retail Credit, from 2013 to 2019 before being appointed as Executive Director, Country Head of Risk Management, at UOB Thailand in 2019.

Prior to joining UOB, Mr. Choi Yau Chi has worked as Head of Credit, Retail Lending and MIS, Standard Chartered Bank Thailand from 2012 to 2013, as Head of Retail Risk, HSBC Thailand, from 2010 to 2012 and has worked at HSBC Asia-Pacific, Hong Kong from 2003 to 2010 with his latest position as Manager Policy and Acquisition Risk, Retail Risk.

Mr. Choi Yau Chi earned a Master of Science degree in Finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Henry Santoso is an Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Risk Management Director UOB Indonesia pursuant to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 29 November 2022 and effectively held his position since 12 December 2022.

Mr. Henry Santoso has more than 28 years of working experience in the banking and international finance focused on credit risk management mainly in the consumer credit and SME businesses.

Prior to joining UOB Indonesia, he served at Regional Credit Officer at HSBC, Hong Kong and responsible to management credit across six priority markets in Asia. Mr. Henry Santoso has started his career as Management Associate to Risk Analyst at Citibank, N.A., Indonesia, and worked as Deputy Head of Credit at Perdana Multi Finance, Senior Product Manager at PT Bank BII Commonwealth, Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young FSI, Singapore, and at Citibank, N.A. with last position as Consumer Credit Director at Citibank Russian Federation, as well as EVP Head of Risk Retail & SME Banking at PT Bank Permata Tbk.

Mr. Henry Santoso earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign, United States of America and Bachelor of Business Administration from Iowa State University, United States of America.

Ms Cristina Teh Tan (Bea), is a Philippines citizen. She was appointed as Consumer Banking Director of UOB Indonesia pursuant to the Annual of General Meeting of Shareholders dated 30 April 2024.

Ms Cristina Teh Tan joined UOB Indonesia since November 2023 as Head of Consumer Banking. She has more than 30 years of experience in the various line of business both banking and other industry.

Prior to joining UOB Indonesia, Ms Cristina Teh Tan has worked in the various position at Citibank N.A. both in Indonesia and in the Philippines, among others as Head of Consumer Banking, Consumer Business Manager, Cards & Credit Products Payment Director, Card Acquisitions & Strategic Development Head, and Cards Category Manager.

Ms Cristina Teh Tan earned Bachelor Degree in Applied Economics and Bachelor Degree in Commerce from De La Salle University, Philippines.
