Ms Irene Wiryawan is an Indonesian citizen. She was appointed as a member of Remuneration and Nomination Committee based on the Board of Directors' Decision No.23/SKDIR/0059 dated 3 May 2023 on the Appointment of Members of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Ms Irene joined at UOB Indonesia as Human Resources Rewards & Budgeting Head on January 2018 and currently hold a position as Strategic HR and Rewards Head. Prior joining UOB Indonesia, Ms Irene worked as HR Manager from 2007 to 2010 at The Nielsen Company Indonesia. Further, Ms Irene was also joined Eka Hospital as HR Corporate Manager until August 2011; Compensation & Benefit Manager from 2011 to 2013 at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL); Head of Services & Rewards at PT Bank Rabobank International Indonesia since 2013 to 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Parahyangan University and has more than 16 years of experience in the field of human resources. |
