The types of eAlert service notifications are:

Account Balance Alert 

  • Customers can choose to receive notifications up to 4 times a day
    (9 AM, 11 AM, 3 PM and/or 6 PM)
  • Notifications can be set in different frequencies
    (Daily / Weekly / Biweekly / Monthly)

Account Balance Below Threshold Alert 

Notification will be sent instantly, when the account balance exceeds the lowest balance limit that has been registered

Account Balance Above Threshold Alert 

Notification will be sent instantly, when the account balance exceeds the highest balance limit that has been registered

Incoming Fund Alert 

Notification will be sent instantly, when the customer's account receives funds with amount greater than the nominal limit that has been registered.

Large Debit Alert 

Notification will be sent instantly, when the customer's account is debited with amount greater than the nominal limit that has been registered.

Return of Deposited Cheque Alert 

Notification of payment refusal for other bank documents cleared through UOB Bank.

Credit Confirmation Alert 
(SWIFT GPI)

Notification will be sent immediately, for Outgoing Telegraphic Transfer transactions that have been credited to the recipient's account *)
