1. Cards valid for this program shall be any UOB Mastercard Cards (Credit and Debit) issued in Singapura, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

2. Program may be enjoyed in more than 500 Merchants in 26 destinations worldwide by visiting Mastercard Travel Rewards   website.

3. Cardholder must register their account with the cards listed in Mastercard Travel Rewards website to be able to see all offers. Upon registration, Card must be active and not blocked.

4. If you have more than one cards connected, activation may be made to the primary and/or supplementary card.

5. You can add new cards and choose one card as Primary Card. Go to your account page and choose “Manage Cards” in Mastercard Travel Rewards  website. Only cards from the same issuer (credit and debit) may be added (maximum 5 cards).

6. Offers available through Mastercard Travel Rewards.

• Ready To Use Offer: Offers automatically connected directly to your Card.
• Activate Offer: To see offers, you must click “Activate offer” before transactions.
• Redeem Offer: Offers are only accessible via Merchant’s link in Mastercard Travel Rewards website.

7. Cardholders may choose the destination by clicking the “Explore Offers Everywhere” menu in Mastercard Travel Rewards website.

8. Search function to see names of merchant and search of destinations are by viewing the dropdown menu in “Explore Offers Everywhere” menu in Mastercard Travel Rewards website.

9. Cashback receipt:

• for Ready To Use and Activate Offers: Cashback is received within 30 business days.
• for Redeem Offers: Cashback is received within 60 business days.

10. Cashback is given in Merchant’s currency  and will be converted to Rupiah (IDR) on your credit card statement based on the exchange rate prevailing at the time Mastercard processes the cashback transaction to UOB.

11. Cashback will appear as  credit on your credit card statement with “UOBMCTravel” remark.

12. Contactless payment entitles you to a Cashback.

13. UOB Credit Card may serve as payment device. Cashback offered shall be the sole liability of the Mastercard and the relevant merchant, and beyond our responsibility.

14. Cashback will tetap be processed to the card registered in Mastercard Travel Rewards website.
