What is the Contactless Feature?
The Contactless feature with the symbol
is a feature on UOB Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards that makes payments easier and faster because the payment process is conducted without having the card touch or inserted into the card reader (EDC machine).
What are the benefits?
With the Contactless feature, payments become faster, easier, more secure and convenient. Simply tap the UOB Credit Card with the Contactless symbol to the card reader (EDC machine) at the cashier and your transaction is complete. With the Contactless feature, your transactions become secure and more convenient because your UOB Credit Card does not leave your hand when conducting transactions in front of the cashier, so your data stays confidential and your physical UOB Credit Card is kept clean.
How to use the Contactless Feature?
Look for a Contactless card reader (EDC machine) that displays the Contactless feature symbol with the Mastercard/ Visa logo at the cashier. After the cashier enters the purchase amount into the card reader (EDC machine), bring the Mastercard/Visa Credit Card within a distance of up to 5 cm from the Contactless card reader (EDC machine). The transaction is successful when the green indicator light turns on and you see a message confirming that your transaction is confirmed.
Where can I make payments with the Contactless Feature?
You can make Contactless transactions at various merchants around the world. Find merchants that display the Contactless symbol and Mastercard/Visa logo on the card reader (EDC machine) at the cashier.
Is the Contactless Feature secure to use?
It is secure, because like a chip card, every transaction is accompanied by a one-time code that keeps your payment information secure. Additionally, you will not make an accidental payment because your UOB Credit Card must be within 5 cm of the terminal for the transaction to occur and you will not be charged twice, even if you accidentally tap the card reader (EDC machine) more than once.
Are there any purchase restrictions using the Contactless feature?
You can use the Contactless feature to shop in unlimited amounts. For domestic transactions, if the transaction value with Contactless is more than IDR 1 million (or equivalent to the rupiah currency), then your transaction must use a PIN. Contactless transactions made abroad will follow the applicable regulations in said country.
Can I get proof of payment after making a transaction?
The Contactless feature is designed as a paperless payment tool, where you only need to tap the card and it's done, but you can request proof of payment if needed (with no additional fees).
How do I track my purchases using the Contactless Feature?
You can check your transaction records online at any time via the UOB TMRW app or via the UOB Contact Center at 14008 or 62-21-2355 9000. The monthly billing statement you receive from UOB Bank will also record your Contactless transactions.
Can the card be read (a purchase made without me knowing) when passing through the EDC machine/card reader?
No. The Contactless feature is designed to ensure that the cardholder is always in control. The cashier must first enter the purchase amount for approval and the UOB Credit Card must be in very close proximity to the card reader (EDC machine) for the transaction to be successful. The card reader (EDC machine) can only process one payment transaction at a time.
I am an existing UOB customer and I want to replace my Credit Card with a Contactless Card. How can I do it?
You can replace your old Credit Card with a Contactless Card by contacting the UOB Contact Center at 14008 or 62-21-2355 9000. Card replacement will be subject to a fee in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Make a Transaction
Get an e-voucher of IDR 200,000 with a minimum accumulated transaction of IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) from 1x (one) or more transaction within 60 calendar days since the Card is approved.

Apply and Use your UOB Credit Card
- Period: 1 November 2025 - 28 February 2026 (Card Approval).
- Valid for all card type: PRIVIMiles, Preferred Platinum, Lady’s Card, One Card, and YOLO Card.
- Not valid for supplementary card.
- Customer is required to make a retail transaction with a minimum accumulated transaction of IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) from 1x (one) or more transaction within the transaction period.
- Transaction period is 60 calendar days after card approval.
- Customers will receive an e-voucher worth IDR 200,000 if they fulfill the conditions in point d and it will be sent to the customer's email address registered with the Bank.

Terms and Conditions
Cashback up to 5%
Enjoy cashback of up to 5% on all merchants for your purchases. The more transactions, the more cashback you will get:
- Cashback value will be eligible pursuant to order of transactions which will calculated from the print date of the bills on the preceding month up to 2 business day before the statement print date of the current month (terms and conditions will take effect as of 1 February 2026).
Under these terms: - If any statement print date falls on a holiday or non-business day, the last transaction period will be 2 business days before the statement print date.
- If any statement print date falls on a business day and the previous day is a business day, the transaction period will be 1 business day before the statement print date.
- Eligible purchase transactions shall be any purchase transactions on Primary Credit Card and Ancillary Card. Transactions on Primary Credit Card and Ancillary Card shall be in segregated order and not consolidated.
- Eligible purchase transactions shall be any retail transactions recorded in the Bank system. Any and all installment transactions, cash withdrawals transactions on ATM and monthly regular bill payment or UOB Bill Pay will not be eligible for cashback.
- Any purchase transactions, if cancelled/refunded, will reduce the number of eligible transactions and reduce the total cashback it will accrue.
- Any split bill transactions on the same store or merchant on the same day will count as 1 (one) and the same transaction.
- The minimum value of transactions eligible to receive cashback will be IDR100,000
- The amount of cashback to be credited monthly will be the multiples of IDR50,000 If the accrued cashback does not meet the minimum nominal amount as specified, the cashback will not be credited and deemed void.
- The maximum amount of cashback (for both Primary Card and Ancillary Card) to be credited monthly shall be IDR200,000
- Cashback will be credited to Primary Credit Card for any transactions during the current billing period. The amount of cashback to be credited will be specified on the statement of the current billing period.
- Period in which cashback is calculated commences from the print date of the bills on the preceding month until the second business days before the current statement print date (terms and conditions will take effect as of 1 February 2026).

- Cashback will only be given to cardholders with a good payment history and who are not over their credit limit at the time of crediting by the bank.
- The Bank reserves the right to cancel cashback if suspicious transactions are found.
- The deadline for submitting questions and complaints regarding this program to Bank UOB Indonesia is no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the cashback is received.
Cicilan 0% Kategori Pendidikan
- Cicilan 0% selama 3 dan 6 bulan berlaku untuk transaksi di kategori Pendidikan seperti sekolah, tempat kursus, dan bimbingan belajar
- Berlaku untuk kartu utama dan kartu tambahan
- Minimal transaksi Rp1.000.000,- dan maksimal Rp25.000.000,- dalam 1 struk
- Permintaan perubahan transaksi menjadi cicilan dilakukan maksimum 5 (lima) hari sebelum jatuh tempo

Asuransi Keluarga
- Pemegang kartu kredit UOB One Card wajib melakukan transaksi pembelanjaan minimum 1 (satu) kali dalam 1 (satu) bulan.
- Transaksi pembelanjaan yang diperhitungkan adalah transaksi pembelanjaan yang telah tercatat pada sistem Bank dan tidak termasuk semua transaksi cicilan, tarik tunai di ATM dan Pembayaran tagihan rutin atau UOB Bill Pay.
- Perlindungan akan diberikan dalam jangka waktu 30 hari kalendar kedepan sejak tanggal transaksi terakhir dilakukan.
- Peserta Asuransi yang tertanggung adalah:
- Pemegang kartu utama dan pasangannya yang sah dengan syarat:
- WNI atau WNA yang memiliki KIMS/ KITAS.
- Berusia maksimal (usia yang ditanggung asuransi) 65 tahun.
- 2 (dua) anak pemegang kartu utama yang sah dengan syarat:
- Belum bekerja dan belum menikah.
- Berusia kurang dari 23 (dua puluh tiga) tahun.
Cara Klaim Asuransi Keluarga
Kewajiban Tertanggung (Pemegang Kartu Utama) dalam hal Terjadi suatu Kecelakaan yang dijamin dalam pertanggungan, Tertanggung (Pemegang Kartu Utama) wajib dengan segera mengambil langkah guna memperoleh pertolongan untuk pengobatan serta perawatan yang diperlukan atas luka yang dideritanya dari dokter.
Tertanggung (Pemegang Kartu Utama) atau wakil atau keluarganya yang sah wajib memberitahukan kepada Penanggung (Bank UOB Indonesia) dalam waktu 5 hari kalender terhitung sejak terjadinya kecelakaan tersebut.
Pemberitahuan dimaksud dilakukan secara tertulis atau secara lisan yang di ikuti dengan tertulis kepada Penanggung (Bank UOB Indonesia).
Dalam hal terjadi kematian sebagai akibat kecelakaan, maka ahli waris atau keluarga Tertanggung (Pemegang Kartu Utama) wajib:
- Melaporkan kepada lurah setempat untuk mendapatkan surat keterangan meninggal dunia.
- Meminta surat keterangan pemeriksaan jenazah (visurn et repertum) dari dokter atau Rumah Sakit dan memberikan kesempatan kepada Penanggung untuk mengadakan pemeriksaan jenazah sebelum dilaksanakannya pemakaman atau pembakaran jenazah (jika mungkin).

- Berita acara kejadian / Kronologis kejadian
- Polis Asli / Copy polis (tergantung kebutuhan)
- Fotocopy KTP
- Dalam hal Tertanggung meninggal dunia :
- Surat Keterangan mengenai hasil pemeriksaan jenazah
- Fotocopy surat keterangan meninggal dunia dari Lurah atau Kepolisian
- Surat keterangan para saksi
- Dalam hal Tertanggung hilang
- Surat keterangan tentang kecelakaan dan penghentian pencarian dari pihak yang berwenang
- Surat pernyataan dari ahli waris akan mengembalikan santunan apabila Tertanggung diketemukan kembali dalam keadaan hidup.
- Dalam hal Tertanggung mengalami cacat tetap
- Surat keterangan pemeriksaan (Visum) dari dokter yang melakukan perawatan atau pengobatan
