Enjoy the seamless process of paying all your recurring bill payments with just one card. Register all your recurring bills on your UOB Credit Card, and payments will be automatically debited from your card every month.

Terms and Conditions
- Valid for UOB Credit Card issued in Indonesia and Overseas, except TMRW & Corporate Credit Cards
- Bill Payment transaction using Credit Card limit.
- For smooth bill payment process, customers must ensure their credit card limit available/ sufficient
- If the registration card has problems, UOB can charge to other credit card customers have for smoot process Bill Payment.
- Bill Payment process will be automatically debited to credit card after 1 mount when customers register.
- Bill Payment process is following with the schedule set by Provider to UOB.
- Users agree bill amount, completeness and correctness of the data are in accordance with the data provided by Provider to UOB.
- UOBI is not responsible for double payments on bills caused by cardholder errors and/ or mismatches in billing information from Provider.
- Every successful Bill Payment transaction will get rewards according to the type of card.
- Starting 27 September 2024, payment for electricity, water, gas, Telkom and XL bills, payments for donation categories (including social services), government services (including payments for taxes, customs, immigration fees and BPJS) will not earn UOB Points/ Miles.

Transaction categories that do not earn UOB Points/Miles are Merchant Category Code (MCC) transactions in accordance with Mastercard and Visa regulations.

All transactions with UOB Credit Cards, both Mastercard and Visa, recorded on 27 September 2024, will follow the conditions mentioned in the point above.

- UOB can to delay/not carry out the Bill Payment process, if:
- Insufficient credit card limit
- There was a termination of the relationship by the Provider, both to the user and to UOB
- The existence of events or causes beyond UOB's control or capability, not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, equipment, system or transmission failures, electricity disruptions, telecommunications disruptions, government policies, as well as other events or causes -other similar causes.
- Users agree for admin fee from Provider:
- PLN : Rp 5.000,- / bill
- TELKOM : Rp 2.500,- / bill
- PAM Jaya & PDAM : Rp 3.000,- / bill
- BPJS Kesehatan : Rp 2.000,-/ bill
Outside of the providers above, there is no payment administration fee
Bill Payment fees may change at any time according to UOB Indonesia policy, which will be informed to customers before the changes take effect.
