GarudaMiles Terms and Conditions
- Earn GarudaMiles for every retail transaction.
- GarudaMiles earning per IDR20,000 retail transaction:
- 3x GarudaMiles for transaction in Garuda Indonesia merchant
- 2X GarudaMiles for any retail transaction
- GarudaMiles will be auto-sweep to GarudaMiles membership in Garuda Indonesia for minimum accumulative 250 GarudaMiles
- Retail transaction that will be converted to GarudaMiles is retail transaction in primary and supplementary credit card which has been posted by Bank, exclude transaction converted in to installment, Cash Advance, UOB Bill Payment and Cash on Phone
- GarudaMiles will be credited if Garuda Indonesia UOB credit card status is active and credit facility status is current
- Starting 27 September 2024, payment for utilities such as electricity, water, gas, Telkom and XL, donation payments (includes social services), government services (include tax payment, custom, immigration and BPJS) are not earned GarudaMiles
- Transaction categories that not earn GarudaMiles are transactions from Merchant Category Code (MCC) in accordance with MasterCard and Visa provisions.

Welcome Bonus 25.000 GarudaMiles (Program GIUC Spend&Fly)
- Card application submission with wet signature must be received by UOB during: 1 March – 30 April 2025.
- Program only valid for New to Card (NTC) customer and/or customers who never have UOB credit card and/or customers who have closed all UOB credit cards more than 12 (twelve) months. Second card or add-on card will not be eligible to this program.
- Customer has to spend retail transaction with a minimum accumulation of IDR 25,000,000 (twenty-five million rupiah) within 60 (sixty) days after card is approved. Transactions that excluded from retail transaction accumulation of this program are refer to Point 5 and 6.
- Welcome Bonus miles:
- Activation Bonus 2,500 miles if customers do card activation within 30 (thirty) days after card is approved.
- Bonus 12,500 miles if customer spend retail transaction with a minimum accumulation of IDR 2,500,000 (two million and five hundred thousand rupiah) within 90 (ninety) days after card is approved.
- Extra Bonus 10,000 miles if customer spend retail transaction with a minimum accumulation of IDR 25,000,000 (twenty-five million rupiah) within 60 (sixty) days after card is approved.
- Payment for insurance and utilities such as electricity, gas, water, Telkom and XL, donation payments (includes social services), government services (include tax payment, custom, immigration and BPJS) are excluded from transactions that will be calculated for this program. Transaction categories that are excluded for this program are transactions from Merchant Category Code (MCC) in accordance with MasterCard provisions.
- Transaction converted into installment, cash advance transaction, annual fee, interest, administration fee, and other fees are excluded from retail transaction calculation.
- UOB reserves the right not to award prizes or reclaim the amount of prizes that have been given to Credit Card Holders if the Cardholder commits acts or is suspected of committing malicious acts, fraud, fraud or acts that violate the provisions of laws and regulations related to the use of Credit Cards, UOB facilities or services owned, manipulation of transactions by cardholders and/or Merchants, and other fraudulent acts in consideration.
- Garuda Indonesia UOB credit card status must be active, credit facility status is current, not in permanent block during Welcome Bonus fulfillment to customer who meet the program terms and conditions.
- Program Welcome Bonus up to 25,000 GarudaMiles cannot be combined with other Welcome Bonus program.
- Bonus miles will be credited to the customer’s GarudaMiles cobrand membership who meet the program terms and conditions within 90 (ninety) calendar days after program period ended.
- Complaint related to this program will be valid no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after program period ended.
