  • In case the total amount of customer’s savings exceeds IDR2,000,000,000 or another threshold determined by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), including situations where the customer receives a Bank interest rate higher than the interest rate set by LPS or any successor institution in the future, then the excess amount of the customer’s savings will not meet the requirements and will not be included in the deposit guarantee program by LPS.   • Misuse of tool/means of transaction and identification by any other parties.
  • There is an operational risk related to the use of internet banking/mobile banking facility which provided by Bank, and ATM/Debit card facility including ATM or EDC machine network connection.

  • Complete the opening form account and/or product placement as well as other document required
  • Submit a valid copy of identity card and show the original document (KTP for Indonesian citizen or Passport and KITAS/KITAP stay permit for foreigners).

  • Identity Card (KTP for Indonesian citizen)
  • Passport and KITAS/KITAP stay permit (for foreigners)
  • NPWP (taxpayer identification number for Foreigners and Indonesian citizen)
