Enjoy No Fees & Exchange Rates
- Cash withdrawal facility at Singapore ATM without incurring fee & exchange rates applies to customers with SGD Vapro Individual accounts (SGD Vapro) and active IDR accounts where both accounts must on the same entity (individual name, joint OR or joint QQ).
- When a SGD withdrawal occurs at a UOB Network ATM in Singapore, the customer's account in Rupiah will be debited first according to the currency exchange rate applicable at UOB Bank.
- The customer's IDR funds will be credited back according to debited nominal and SGD funds in customer's SGD Vapro account will be debited according to the withdrawal nominal that occurred in Singapore within 1 (one) working day.

Product Risk
- In case the total amount of customer’s savings exceeds IDR2,000,000,000 or another threshold determined by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), including situations where the customer receives a Bank interest rate higher than the interest rate set by LPS or any successor institution in the future, then the excess amount of the customer’s savings will not meet the requirements and will not be included in the deposit guarantee program by LPS. - Misuse of tool/means of transaction and identification by any other parties.
- There is an operational risk related to the use of internet banking/mobile banking facility which provided by Bank, and ATM/Debit card facility including ATM or EDC machine network connection.

Terms and Procedures
Account opening terms and conditions:
- Minimum 17 years old*
- Complete the opening form account and/or product placement as well as other document required
- Submit a valid copy of identity card and show the original document (KTP for Indonesian citizen or Passport and KIMS/KITAS/KITAP stay permit for foreigners).
Documents requirement:
- Identity Card (KTP for Indonesian citizen)
- Passport and KIMS/KITAS/KITAP stay permit (for foreigners)
- NPWP (taxpayer identification number for Foreigners and Indonesian citizen)
