- Cash withdrawal facility at Singapore ATM without incurring fee & exchange rates applies to customers with SGD Vapro Individual accounts (SGD Vapro) and active IDR accounts where both accounts must on the same entity (individual name, joint OR or joint QQ).
- When a SGD withdrawal occurs at a UOB Network ATM in Singapore, the customer's account in Rupiah will be debited first according to the currency exchange rate applicable at UOB Bank.
- The customer's IDR funds will be credited back according to debited nominal and SGD funds in customer's SGD Vapro account will be debited according to the withdrawal nominal that occurred in Singapore within 1 (one) working day.

- Misappropriation of transaction tools/media and identification by other parties.
- Account closure by the Bank in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions and the applicable Products Terms & Conditions.
- Operational issues from using ATM/Debit card facilities, including ATM network or EDC machine connection.
- The Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan/LPS) or any other institutions do not guarantee the customer's deposit coverage due to the maximum deposit amount insured is equivalent to Rp2billion per customer, or any other amounts that will be determined by LPS. This includes cases where the customer receives interest rates from the Bank that exceed the rate set by LPS or any other institution that will insure in the future.
